Once the artwork has been purchased, we will contact the artist to verify its availability.
- If the artwork is available, we will validate your payment.
- If the artwork is not available, we will cancel your payment and send you an e-mail to notify you.
Once the artwork has been sent by the artist, you will receive the tracking number by e-mail.
The artist will send you the artwork, safely packaged, with the Certificate of Authenticity and your invoice.
Once you have received the artwork, do not hesitate to send us a picture of the artwork on your wall!
If the artwork didn't meet your expectations, you have 5 days to notify us.
