The symbolism of double-happiness-phoenix paper-cut remains partially unknown. With the help of the internet, I found out this form of paper-cut is often used in the context of weddings: the double Chinese symbol 喜 (xi) is associated with prosperity, happiness and wholesomeness; as for the phoenix, it is associated with femininity and gracefulness. Based on those two elements, I question how a marriage is possible between two cultures, where one can only be defined by a (w)hole.

· If the artwork is available, we will validate your payment.

· If the artwork is not available, we will cancel your payment and send you an e-mail to notify you.

Step 2

Once the artwork has been sent by the artist, you will receive the tracking number by e-mail.

The artist will send you the artwork, safely packaged, with the Certificate of Authenticity and your invoice.

Step 3

Once you have received the artwork, do not hesitate to send us a picture of the artwork on your wall!

If the artwork didn't meet your expectations, you have 5 days to notify us.

General Information
Shipping and delivery of the Works is managed by the Artists. You will receive a confirmation of shipment and tracking information by email and to your Artasiam account.

Ownership title to a purchased Work and the risk of loss of a purchased Work shall pass on to you upon delivery confirmation by the delivery courier.

If a Work is returned to the Artist for reasons attributable to you, including if you submitted the wrong address, if you refuse delivery of a Work or if you fail to retrieve a package held at a pickup location, you will receive a reimbursement for the purchase price minus the return shipping charges and the shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

Shopify payments is certified according to the Level 1 PCI DSS standard, which means your payment is fully secured.
